Project
For the documentation of the former Ahornblatt Restaurant in Berlin, we created a detailed 3D model and high-quality visualizations based on historical plans and photographic material. The building was designed at the end of the 1960s by architects Gerhard Lehmann and Rüdiger Pläthe, in collaboration with structural engineer Ulrich Müther. Construction began in 1969, and the restaurant opened in 1973. Our work focused on accurately capturing the geometry and the expressive concrete shell structure, ensuring that the digital reconstruction reflects both its technical precision and architectural significance. This project contributes to preserving the memory of an icon of East German modernism.
